Refund and Returns Policy
At Srimurugan Cut Piece, we carefully inspect every order before dispatch to ensure you receive your products in perfect condition.
No Returns
We do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
No Refunds
Orders are not eligible for refunds once they have been shipped.
Replacement Policy
A replacement will be provided only in the following cases:
- You receive a damaged product.
- An item is missing from your order.
Important: An uninterrupted opening (unboxing) video is mandatory to claim a replacement. The video must:
- Start before opening the package.
- Clearly show the sealed package and shipping label.
- Capture the entire unboxing process without any cuts or edits.
- Clearly show the damaged or missing item.
Claims submitted without an opening video will not be accepted.
Reporting Issues
Please report any damaged or missing items within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support and sharing the opening video along with your order details.
